Congratulations to our member Ian Chu who has been appointed to the Torture Claims Appeal Board with effect from 30 June 2023 to 29 June 2025.
The Torture Claims Appeal Board is an independent statutory body to hear and determine appeals against decisions of immigration officers on torture claims.
