Anthony’s practice is mainly focusing on civil litigations with emphases on Land/Property disputes, Trust & Equity, Contract Disputes, Restitution, Sale of Goods, General Tort and Injunctive Reliefs. He is able to give advices and conduct trials in both English and Chinese at all level of Courts and tribunals, and always gives honest, realistic and fair advices that are in his clients’ best interest.
Anthony’s practice is mainly focusing on civil litigations with emphases on Land/Property disputes (including but not limited to Adverse Possession, Landlord & Tenant, Easement & Right of Way, Trespass to Land, Conveyancing, Chinese Customary Law), Trust & Equity, Contract Disputes, Restitution, Sale of Goods, General Tort and Injunctive Reliefs. In the past, he also handled Defamation, Intellectual Property, Company and Matrimonial cases.
Prior to studying Juris Doctor and finishing his PCLL program both at City University of Hong Kong, Anthony has obtained a bachelor of law degree from China University of Political Science & Law (“CUPL”), which is one of the best law schools in the country.
Given his background of studying laws in both jurisdictions, apart from being able to give advices and conduct trials in both English and Chinese at all level of Courts and tribunals, Anthony is also quick to understand the needs of his clients in China related cross-border disputes.
Anthony always gives honest, realistic and fair advices that are in his clients’ best interest.
Outside of his practice, Anthony is also active in public service. He is currently a member of Bar Association’s Legal Aid Reform Standing Committee. He also provides free legal advice services to the members of public from time to time under the Duty Lawyer Service’s Free Legal Advice Schemes.
