Au Lut Chi and Ian Chu serve as members of the Insurance Appeals Tribunal
Au Lut Chi and Ian Chu have been newly appointed and re-appointed as members of the Insurance Appeals Tribunal, pursuant to section 2 of Schedule 10 to the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41), from July 26, 2023, to July 25, 2025.
The Insurance Appeals Tribunal is a statutory tribunal established under the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) to review specified decisions made by the Insurance Authority.
