We are pleased to announce that our members Lau Wan Ching and Ian Chu have passed the 3rd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grater Bay Area (“GBA”) Legal Professional Examination. The GBA Legal Professional Examination is a pilot measure that allows Hong Kong lawyers with 5 or more years of practice, after passing the examination and completing the training, to practise PRC law in civil and commercial legal matters in the 9 cities in the GBA.
