Mr. George Lam graduated with a B.S. degree in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana of the United States in 1991.  Dean’s List in 1987 and 1988.  After gaining experience in the commercial field for several years, Mr. Lam read law and received the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1997.

Mr. Lam was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 1998.  His practice covers a wide range of commercial litigations, concentrating in all sorts of commercial contracts and financial instrument disputes.  He also focuses on land law, particularly adverse possession, and various probate related title claims.

Mr. Lam has appeared as an advocate in all levels of the Court of Hong Kong.  Apart from civil trials and appeals, Mr. Lam also takes up criminal cases regularly.

Mr. Lam is a current Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
