Mr. George Lam graduated with a B.S. degree in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana of the United States in 1991. Dean’s List in 1987 and 1988. After gaining some experience in the commercial field, Mr. Lam read law and received the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1997.
Mr. Lam was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 1998. His practice covers a wide range of commercial litigations, companies, and shareholders’ disputes. He also focuses on land law, particularly adverse possession, and properties.
Mr. Lam has appeared as an advocate in all levels of the Court of Hong Kong. Apart from civil trials and appeals, Mr. Lam often acts as defence counsel in criminal cases.
Mr. Lam is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
