Tina joined Chambers in 2017 and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She is bilingual and is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.
Tina has been instructed in a wide range of areas, with experience in cases involving bankruptcy, building management, commercial/company disputes, contractual disputes, defamation, insolvency, land and tenancy disputes, matrimonial matters, personal injury, probate matters and professional negligence. She is frequently instructed to appear in interlocutory applications, including applications for urgent injunctions as a sole counsel.
Tina appears regularly as a sole advocate in the High Court, the District Court and the Magistrates’ Courts. She has also appeared as a led junior in the Court of Appeal and in jury trials.
