Tina commenced practice in 2017 after completing her pupillage with Mr. Stanley Ng, Mr. Richard Donald, Ms. Queenie Ng and Ms. Catherine Wong.
Tina has a broad practice in both civil and criminal law and accepts instructions in all areas of work. She is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.
In her criminal practice, Tina has appeared in the Court of First Instance, the District Court and the Magistrates’ Courts. She has also appeared as junior counsel in jury trials.
In her civil practice, Tina has had exposure to building management, commercial/company disputes, contractual disputes, defamation, employment, land and tenancy disputes, matrimonial matters, personal injury, probate matters and professional negligence.
Tina also regularly delivers talks at the Hong Kong Legal Training Institute on construction law.
